All classes, special events, and workshops must be paid for at the time of registration.
Full refunds will be given for cancellations up to 3 days prior to the event.
Cancellations between 3 days and day of the event will not be eligible for refunds.
Yarn must be purchased at The Yarn Stop unless otherwise noted or approved. A 10% discount is provided on yarn to be used for class (if not already discounted).
Your fee will cover class instruction only.
Make up classes are not offered for missed classes.
Out of class assistance must be coordinated with the instructor and will most likely involve additional costs.
As a courtesy to other students:
Please turn the ringer on your phone off. If you must answer it, please exit the class area before answering.
Please refrain from using strong perfume, lotions, oils, etc. as others may be sensitive or allergic.
Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes before scheduled start time to get settled so that class can begin promptly.
